About NCline Logistics
Bristol-based, family-rooted, and built on a simple promise: to deliver bulk cement safely, on time, every single time.
From a Single Tanker to Bristol's Leading Cement Haulier
NCline Logistics was founded in 2009 by Neil Cline, a Bristol-born haulage professional with over a decade of experience driving silo tankers across the South West. What started with a single second-hand powder tanker and a determination to provide better service than the large national operators has grown into one of the region's most respected specialist cement transport businesses.
From our Avonmouth depot, we've built our reputation one delivery at a time — earning the trust of ready-mix concrete producers, precast manufacturers, and major construction contractors through consistent reliability, transparent communication, and an unwavering focus on safety.
Today, NCline Logistics operates a modern fleet of Euro 6 silo tanker trucks, serves clients from Cornwall to the Midlands, and delivers hundreds of loads every month. Despite our growth, we remain a proudly independent, Bristol-based business where every customer matters and every delivery counts.
